DefaultAppPool service not available in IIS 6.0

    Just figured this one out for any interested. Was getting service
    terminated for W3SVC. The DefaultAppPool kept breaking. The security
    wasn't set right. I had uninstalled IIS and reinstalled and I guess the
    security wasn't restored right. Gave network service read and execute
    access and repaired server extensions and started working again.
    Also, anybody get this with Server 2003? After installing patches and
    stuff, if you remove IIS and add back it can't find the files it needs to
    put back on the system right. Luckily I had a backup image and was able to
    copy all the files it said it couldn't find to a directory on the hard
    drive.
