Migration problem !

Hello
I have setup a test enviroment to test the migration from an 2000 DC (PC01)
to a 2003 DC (PC02).
Everything seemed to work ok except the follwing error that is reported
every 5 minutes
on the new 2003 DC. No errors on the old 2000 DC.
The file does exist at the location specified in the error message.
I probably missed something? Help would be much appreciated.
