Acces to ftp sites

Hello,

Maybe a stupid question but i'm new at this,
I have a 2003 terminal server with 10 clients.

They use a program that send files to an ftp server,
my problem is that this does not work via the terminal server i can not
acces
ftp and the program replys with its unable to resolve the ftp. name

Any help is welcoome
