There is a difference between "not rebooting" and running
"qchain" -- are you saying that every Hotfix now includes the
equivalent of the QChain checks and fixes?
I still need QFECheck since I have a (really nice) batch file
that runs ALL the updates a machine needs and which are in
a certain pathspec (with wildcards.)
