Problem deploying Service Pack and Patches on Win2K Advance Server
Hello,
I am facing problems while installing security patches on Windows 2000
Advance Server.

I have created two drives c and D.OS is installed in D Drive.Whenever try yo
install the updates or Service packs (Win 2k Adv Server SP4), it gets
extracted in D Drive. It installs the package in the same D drive by creating
a folder with the huge names(e.g.0d27e194a9eee864b99d99717bfd and like that).
I tried renaming the D drive to something else.Still it goes to changed Drive.
If I keep only C drive, it goes to C Drive
Tried reinstalling OS also..still the problem persists.Hardware is HP Blade
Server
Checked the Environmental Variables also. All of them belongs to C drive only
What can be the solution for this??
