Hello Avil,
Look under user confiuration, windows settings, internet explorer maintenance, Connection, open Proxy settings in the right pane. Here you can set the proxy and the exclusions.

I have a computer which is part of Windows 2000 domain. I have to make
proxy settings per machine rather than per user. I created a OU and
placed the computer under that OU and enabled make proxy settings per
machine. But where can I specifiy Proxy address and Exception list?
