Administrators group may allow anonymous access

Sorry for the cryptic post.

I am using a script provided by US Government to do a security scan to find
security configuration errors based on NISPOM. The PC has Windows 2000 SP4.
The script creates a report on all passing and all failing security
settings. The report lists an error that the 'Administrators' group may allow
anonymous access to the system'.
