Deny Logon Locally

I need to add users to the Deny Logon Locally under the User Rights
Assignment on a bunch of XP PC's locally. Is there anyway I can
automate this using VBScript or resource kit tools, other?? I'm
trying to avoid doing this manually if at all possible. Also I cannot
make changes the GP because other PC's in the same OU need these user
accounts.
