thanks so much for reply, im so glad someone did but i do not understand it,
im totally new to the computer and i only understand simple terms, am afraid
this is hard for me.. what is an installation disk? SET THE BOOT ORDER? DISK
DRIVE? i only know how to put a disk in the slot.. please give me simple step
by steps its very important i get back online but i do not have the money for
repairs because i just got it out of shop monday. thanks for the help u gave
me, please one more time !

drive and boot from it. There is no need to start from windows for a new
installation. BUT keep in mind that your disk will be overwritten.

there is no other user..please tell me how to reinstall windows xp i
put disc in but do not understand how i can reinstall it when i cant
see anything i am on the log in for password and it doesnt move. Help
