Inheireted computer

I inheireted a computer with W2k pRO. The computer has two administrator
users configured on it. I was given the userid and password for one of the
users and I have been using that id and pwd ever since I got the computer.

I would like to delete the other administrator as a user and change the
userid and password that I am currently using. I believe that I have
sufficient security rights since I am signed on as an administrator.

Can someone suggest a way to accomplish this?

TIA
