Personally I would avoid using any version of IE on a server. The risks
are
even greater than on a desktop. Get firefox instead, and on aserver,
preferably do not enable Java, Flash or Quicktime plugins either as these
have numerous vulnerabilities of their own, independent of the browser.
In actual practice I banish brower usage on servers that are for production.
