I have an HP Pavillion ze2115us Notebook PC. I've been trying to download
this security update all day. I tells me Installation Failure Error Code:

How are you trying to do this? Via Microsoft Updates or manually?
If you have not attempted manual install, you as always can use the
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935839
generic URL for to get at the KB, which in this case just gives links
to the bulletin since this is a security patch.
If you follow the IT Pro link you will find there links to download
the patch. After you have the patch, try an install after a fresh reboot
and admin login.
Can you get no idea what is the problem from the log file (look in
your c:\Windows directory for a KB935839.log text file) ?
