I have a unique situation. I have a user that I need to create an
account for; however I due to the nature of his work I need to hide
his account from the other users on the domain and vice versa. I
think I need to create a forest but I am not sure. This is all new to
me. Can someone assist me? I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

I am aware of no way by which that objective may be accomplished.
