You didn't even try to use google did you. There are articles upon articles about this...
Summary is, go to the MS KB Site and type in the keyword. You will find patches for XP and better. Everything previous to that is out of support and no auto patches are available from MSFT unless you want to spend a serious amount of money. They do however tell you how to manually correct the issues.
