If anyone have any info on this issue and would like to share it I would

greateful windows update returns "Error Code:0x800A0046" I have tried the
work around in the KB but still no luck, this is also stopping
WindowsDefender from updating or running.

What I am trying to say is that "NavExcel" has hi-jacked a MS process.
