As Roger said not nativley. It sounds like more of a training that technical
issue for you. Maybe you can email users [and/or logon message] with
upcoming changes with specific examples of what will and will not work.

If I enable Password Complexity in Domain security policy, it forces users
to
setup a password, which meets at least 3 out of four criteria. We are not
ready for it.

Is it possible to change this requirement to pick 2 out of 4? Or
Is there is way to force that password is Alphanumeric?
