It should be in your start menu or start menu / programs as
either Windows Update or Microsoft Update. The later is
newer, and if you have updated the machine to use it then
use of the link to the old site will redirect you. You may
reach the new site with IE at http://update.microsoft.com
There is also a stand-alone scanner, MBSA, that can be
downloaded from www.microsoft.com/downloads
