Don't do personal things on work time or resources. Remember that they have a legal right to your work and actions during your work day and anytime if it interacts with their systems (computers, email, Internet connections, &c.)
Of course there is some debate over the extent of employer's rights -- especially when not in writing somewhere -- but I don't want to start a discussion on that here.
So, take it as a learning opportunity and if you are unhappy enough to look for another job on company time, make the move sooner than later. Besides, a lot of companies would fire you for doing things like locking admin or your boss out of company property if they were supposed to have rights or installing something like a keylogger.
