Hello SHERI,
It seems to be a broken harddisk, if you here some knocking. Try to create an image or save all your data if possible and neeeded, before it never starts. Maybe with BartPE.

When my computer turns on, it displays SYSTEM ERROR and that says:
C:\~1\m\LOCALS~\Temp\WER7a86.dir00\Mini12106-4.dmp
and
C:\~1\m\LOCALS~\Temp\WER7a86.dir00\sysdata.xml
error signature reads: BCCode:14 BCP1: 0000003 BCP2: 82CCBDAQ BCP3:

Than it will let me on windows. After a few min it starts making a
knocking
sound thaN GOES INTO A BLUE SCREEN. How do I fix this and what is it
