Cached Passwords lost during Workstation Password change

I asked this question once before and someone was kind of enough to point me
to a KB article that may have addressed this problem. I printed the article
but have since lost it.

When Windows XP Pro SP2 in a Workgroup environment prompts our users to
change their password, and they change it, it clears the cached passwords
for Outlook and their Terminal Services RDP connection Icon.

How can I prevent this from happening?
