Microsoft Security Bulletin MS06-067 (922760) Question

Now that the patch for Microsoft Security Bulletin MS06-067 (922760) has
been applied and supposedly fixed the Direct Animation control
vulnerability, does this mean we can remove the kill bit (per Security
Advisory 925444) from the control? 925444 was revised to reference MS06-067
but I can't seem to find mention of the workaround given in the older
version.
