How to communicate with a naped pipe on a different PC without security problems preventing it?

Hello,

assume I create a named pipe on one pc where can set up any security
descriptor for it I want to (you name please how to do this and what
descriptor to set), how can I connect from a second PC on the LAN
(assume both cases: peer to peer and domain based networking) to that
pipe without my connection being rejected due to security reasons?

OS is either W2000 SP4 or XP SP2.
