error 1267 when i use smart card logon in some machines

hi.

I trying to implement single sign on in my LAN, but im receiving that
error in some machines, when i try to authenticate with the token USB.

smartcard certificate used for authentication. Please contact your
system administrator.

This just happen in some machines, and in this machines i cant use any
token usb! . How can i fix that? i cant found documentation about
that error, just found the error number (1267).
