The short, and accurate to what you have asked, answer is that
you cannot: configure it to run before all else. It has dependencies
that must complete their initalization before it can be supported.
The old resource kit provided service you are asking about, does
install as a service, and so follows normal rules for service startup
(i.e. "start" key value, and dependencies lists).

Hello, I would like to know how to let the autobatch service in Windows XP
work before EVERYTHING, I noticed that some programs have the previlge to
run
before it, can that be changed???
