There is a free product called EZ Gpo that uses a custom .adm template that
may be able to do what you want as shown in the link below. For XP SP2
computers you may also try using powercfg which can also be deployed via a
Group Policy startup script if it can do what you want. --- Steve

is there a way for a simple Restricted User to be able to change Power
option -> Turn Monitor Off delay ?
When trying it I get an "Access denied error"
Or in a more general way how to apply a power option setting to all local
profile ?
Note that I am using SP4 with all latest security patch
