There should not be. Native mode enables the use of universal groups and
more group nesting. However there can not be any Windows NT4.0 BDCs anymore
if that is a concern. The link below explains more. As always best practice
would be to have recent backups of the System State of your domain
controllers, particularly the PDC fsmo. --- Steve

I installed a Stand-Alone CA for IIS. I want change our Windows 2000

from Fixed Mode to Native Mode. Have any problems of CA will happen? Any
