A friend entered a password on her computer to stop others from using it
while she was in hospital. Whatever she did, the computer will not let

get to her own files. She is being prompted to enter an admin password
before her user password is recognized. As far as known, the computer
has
never had a password before. System is standalone Gateway computer
running
windows 2000 professional. Computer is probably three years old.
1. Is there some sort of default password for windows 2000
professional.
2. If not, any ideas about how to disable what she has entered.
