Start / Run cmd and in the cmd window issue
net localgroup administrators
That lists out all accounts that are members of Administrators.
Log off (not switch user) and use alt-cntl-del-del to get a login
prompt at which you could use any account.

I was trying to delete my administrator account name and remove the
password
and it said set up a new administrator account and then change the first
account to a limited account and then delete it. so i did this with no
password on the second account. I delete the first account then restarted
my
computer and the deleted administrator name came up on windows login with
no
other login names with it. it let me log in with no password on the
deleted
administrator account, but when i went to see where my new administrator
account was in the control panel it was saying limited account so i cant
change anything now. can someone help i just want to get rid of all the
log
in and passwords
