If you have not resolved this yet try having him use another computer and
another user try his computer to see what happens as far as being able to
change his password. What type of error message does he get? Is this new
behavior and are other users having the same problem? When did he last
change his password as if it was recently maybe it has not met minimum
password age yet? If nothing seems to help reset his password and have him
try again seeing if he can logon with the new password and then if he can
change his password. Check the properties of his account on a domain
controller with the net user username command. --- Steve

I have a user who tried to change his NT login pwd when prompted by the
system, but it always say that the " ..pwd is incorrect..." after typing in
the old pwd & the new pwd twice to confirm.
This old pwd is the same pwd used to logon to the domain.
Have I missing anything?
We are using Win 2K DC & Win 2K client PCs.
Appreciate your advice.
Regards
Jim
