Backing up



I would like to backup the main hard drive in my workstation by
"mirroring" it to another spare drive. If this works, if the main
hard drive failed, it could be replaced by the "mirrored" spare hard
drive putting my workstation back in use.

I would appreciate a recommendation on a good program to use to
accomplish this.
