I don't know of an application that can do specifically that. You can enable
auditing of object access on each computer and then audit folders for write
permission though it is far from user friendly though log dump programs and
Event Comb can help quite a bit. The article below may be helpful and I
believe recommends some third party applications for certain uses of the

Is there third party software for Windows 2003 server let you know who is
copying files from the server to there workstations and who is copying
files back up to the server?
My guess is there would have to be some sort of client utility for this.
