error running sigverif "could not find the core file list"

I just installed some security updates on my win2k SP4 system
and tried to run sigverif and got this error
"File signature verification could not find the core file list.
The core file scan will be skipped"

Sigverif was working just find just before the updates install.
Since I had some problems with some of my IE SP1 installation
I have reinstalled every security updates, IESP1 and rollup updates.
I did this without desintalling the old updates firsts. Could it
be the cause of the problem?

I did manually install the updates using AutoPatcher twice and the
first time sigverif was working fine. Then I noticed that my SP1 for
IE was not installed correctly so I decided to reinstall everything
with
AutoPatcher and now sigverif do not find the core file list anymore.

Where is the core file list? NT5.cat? Is it have something to
do with the root certificates update? If yes where can I find it?

Anyone have an idea of how I could fix this problem?

Thanks in advance
