While I do not currently have Exchange to test it out as an administrator
you should be able to change permissions to give yourself access and if that
does not work check ownership of the object and then make yourself or
administrators owner. You might also look ad using dsacls as explained in
the KB article below to manage permissions and ownership of AD

Hello!
I created an address list in Exchange. I stupidly checked DENY Everyone
Read. Now, as an administrator, I can't do anything with it. I'm
thinking I have to use ADSIEdit. How would I find the object, being the
address list, to edit in adsiedit?
Thanks!
Mark
