When you first logon are there any errors/warnings in the
security/application/system logs that may indicate any related problems? Are
there any userenv errors? Is this a domain controller or a server in an
Active Directory domain? I would run the support tool netdiag on it to see
if any relevant problems are found that may help you solve your problem and
if it is in an AD domain make sure you can ping domain controller by name
and IP and that the preferred DNS servers are only domain controllers. ---

but after the first logout, if i try to login again i have an error:
the system can not log you on
the network request is not supported.
and i need to reboot the machine in order to be able to login again.
