No, you cannot. It is gone unless you stop using that
drive right away, and either purchase low level data
recovery software and use it, or send/take the drive
to a data recovery expert that has the correct toolset.

I used by mistake the command Fdisk on Hdisk C wich contain win 2000 pro
sys, in place of drive D, and i suppressed NTFS partition and i create
Fat
partition.
Can i restaure the NTFS partition with all the files and foldres that
contained before this manupilation?
