Hello all,
I have a win 2k machine and have a xerox 4500 phaser printer that i
connected tru the network. The problem i am having is when i try to
secure print (hoping to use the walkup feature on this Phaser printer)
I go to properties...output option tab....
and select secure print....enter my pin and ok.....only the printer
already prints the page instead of making me go thru the walkup menu
and look for my user name and have me enter the pin so I can print. I
have other users that have the same win 2k and can secure print just
fine. It does not appear to be an Admin rights issue. I have tried to
log in as admin and myself and add the network printer and try to
secure print and I get the same results....i am wondering if there is a
service in windows that i do not have enabled? Any suggestions would be
great!!!
Thanks,
Greg
.
