You can search the system event log for items from source "Windows Update
Agent" with category "Installation".

You might like to try using the EventCombMT tool to trawl the logs for you.
This is available as part of the Security Guide Scripts download from the
following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/tools/default.mspx
