Re: Administrator privilages disapearing
If the machine is within a domain, then examine all GPOs that
apply to the machine to see whether there is a Restricted Group
definition for the Administrators group (or Domain Admins if
that is your case).
If you mean other than the account stops being a member of
the Administrators (or Domain Admins) group when you say
"loosing its admin privs" then post back and clarify.
