DCDIAG Error

I have 3 DC's, the two remote DC's both get this message when running DCDIAG
although the MachineAccount test does pass:

Typical setting for a DC is 0x82000 = ( UF_SERVER_TRUST_ACCONT |
UF_TRUSTED_FOR_DELEGATION )
This may be affecting replication?
I have tried to find a way to determne where this password not required
might come from on these DC's or how to change it but have been
unsuccessful. Comments are appriciated
