See if you are able to get a stable boot using one of the
safe mode boots (hold f8 during start of the boot cycle)
If so, then in the system properties (right click on my
computer) change the machine to not automatically
reboot on crash (advanced tab, startup and recovery
settings) so that you can have a chance to read what it
is saying about the cause. Also, if you do get a stable
boot, read the system event log.
