Read only right to security logs

Hello,

We have Windows 2000 DCs. I need to grant read only permission for some users to view Security Logs. Is there any way to do such thing? I want this permission to be read only. I know that "Manage Auditing and Security Logs" right gives too much access. Users can clear Security log with this right set. Is there any solution to make them to only view Security log? Thanks.
