Can anyone tell me how to get the hotfix for this issue?
I am having this exact problem with a 2k3 member server
on my 2k Domain.

As the article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/824905 states, you
need to call Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain it (outside
the US, customers should contact their local Microsoft subsidiary).
The support call will be be free as long as you refer to the
Knowledge Base Article number (824905) and ask for nothing more.
