Certificate Authority backup failed.

Hello!

We are running Microsoft Certificate Authority on Windows 2003 Server.
Server is not a domain controller or an exchange server. Certificates
database is pretty big. Database files located on disk different from
system. Backing it up daily with automatically scheduled jobs -- full
backup on sundays, incremental on the rest of weekdays. Several times
full backup failed with the following error:

Backing up Database files: 0%
CertUtil: -backupDB command FAILED: 0xc80001f9 (ESE: -505)
CertUtil: Backup is already active.

Logs show that previous backup job completed long before next one
started. So two concurrent backups is not an issue here.

Might be it possible that certificate services perform some internal
backups which could clash with our external backup? Does anybody
encountered the same problem?

Would appreciate any information or help on this.

Thank you in advance,
Mike
