MBSA and mssecure.cab file

hello,

I would like to realise a scan with MBSA 20. but without acces to Internet.
so,
- i have downloaded the last file mssecure.cab,
- and copy it in the MBSA directory.

i have launched the MBSA GUI and tried one scan.
But MBSA always try to download informations from Internet and i get an
error...

How can i force MBSA to realise a local scan by using the mssecure.cn
downloaded ?
is it possible ?
