There is no option to logon to the local computer when logging onto any
domain controller in normal startup - only the domain. There is no local SAM
of users and groups on a domain controller other than the built in
administrator account for that server that can be accessed when booting into
Directory Services Restore Mode or Recovery Console. --- Steve
