Dave,

I am the developer of the exe... if it was a resources issue the exe would
not run correctly when double clicked from windows explorer.

I just want the freaking O/S and Task Scheduler to run it just like it had
for more than 1,500 times prior to the patches Microsoft sent out at the end
of August.
