LSA Executable... OK to allow access to other programs?

    After latest ASutomatic Update, Latest ZoneAlarm update reports that

    LSA Executable and Server DLL (Export Version)

    wants to start/access other programs.

    I've googled, and the posts I've seen suggest it's Ok to allow this, but
    most of these posts are in a context of reporting viruses etc. So I'm a
    bit leery.

    Advice much appreciated.
