Hi Victory,
The error 0x8007f004 means Insufficient Privilege . Pls take a look at this
link and make sure the accouont used for updating have the privileges stated
by Narayana from MS.

Note that other than local security policy, the setting can also be affected
by domain policy. So if you are not sure, ask your domain admins.
