Prompt for Saving

We are restricting a directory on our network that all users have access to
to allow only 60 days of usage. We would like users to be prompted with a
"notification" informing them of a new guideline (They can only use the
directory for 60 days then data will be purged automatically). Is there any
thing in Active Directory that will allow this prompting or notification?
