You can use cacls.exe/xcacls.exe at the command-line
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/library/TechRef/76e6478d-d2c3-48e6-9ad3-c0f83b61f942.mspx),
or try "DumpACL" from www.somarsoft.com for a more GUI-based tool.
